For a brief background, here’s my general guide + history on studying Japanese (from my own experiences). Again, I’m still nowhere near a professional level so keep that in mind when you read that as well as what I’ll be writing about below. This particularly geared towards learning with a class. This gets kinda personal as I’m mainly relating to my own experiences in an “I wish I did x instead of y” as well as why my flaws with learning Japanese are what they are etc so skip to the bold red sections for actual methodology discussion. I’ll drop a TL;DR as well.
